For the 2019 AU & Club dues to be paid.

Bands-

The Club does not need to place an order for 2019 bands.

The Club will be placing an order for 2020 SRV bands from the AU. Orders are done by 100 bands, The Club will order 200 bands @ 75 cents each.

2019 Old Bird Schedule-

Flyers this year will be Rich, Chris, Holland, Larry, Steve, Kent and Shay.

The Club will be using a new eight foot trailer loaned by Holland. It has a single axle, good tires and after being retrofitted will hold 11 crates. Aluminum and wicker crates can be used. Vote- unanimous.

It was agreed each flyer will have crates assigned and they will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining and providing food and water for the birds during shipping.

The shipping location will be at Kent Misseldine’s garage.

Holland will be contacting the Montana and Pocatello clubs for shared driving on applicable races.

Cindy Dingman will contact the AU about adding the Pocatello Club to the existing Yellowstone Combine.

See the attached 2019 Old Bird Schedule for stations, mileage and A & B race locations. A races will have a 30 bird limit and B races will have no bird limit.

Race fees for 2019 old birds will be computed at 30 cents per driving mile. This will be computed from Idaho Falls using Google Maps. The fee is to be paid to the club 10 days before the first race. Drivers will be paid by check on shipping night.

Awards will be given for Average Speed and Champion Bird for both A races and B races. The Western Open will have specific costs and transportation to be determined. Holland Dredge will facilitate.

Election of Officers-

Bruce Nykamp nominated Rich Dingman for President, declined.

Holland Dredge nominated Bruce Nykamp for President, second by Cindy Diingman. Vote- unanimous

Steve Earl nominated Cindy Dingman for Secretary, second by Bruce Nykamp. Vote- unanimous

Holland Dredge nominated Steve Earl for Treasurer, second by Cindy Dingman. Vote-unanimous

Cindy Dingman nominated Holland Dredge for Race Secretary, second by Bruce Nykamp. Vote- unanimous.

Race Secretary Holland Dredge appointed Rich Dingman and Steve Earl to join him as a Race Committee.
